Deployment Review Process

Step 1

Customer or ODIN staff submits a deployment request.

Step 2

ODIN reviews the service category, location type, and installation requirements.

Step 3

OUDI D2® routes the request to the proper department or provider pathway.

Step 4

Installation, payment, equipment preparation, and activation coordination begin.

Deployment Review Required: ODIN deployment may require availability review, equipment readiness, provider coordination, installation scheduling, and OUDI D2® authorization before activation.
