Eligible ODIN Link® residential customers may qualify for a service review period subject to equipment return requirements, account standing, and service eligibility.
Installation scheduling, field services, supplier coordination, and third-party provider costs may be non-refundable once services have been scheduled or completed.
Enterprise contracts, custom deployments, infrastructure projects, and enterprise support agreements are governed by individual service agreements and project terms.
Customers who believe a billing error has occurred should contact ODIN support for review before requesting chargebacks or payment disputes.
