Users agree to use ODIN operational systems, communications infrastructure, deployment platforms, support systems, and operational services lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable regulations and operational requirements.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, misrepresentation, interference, or misuse of operational systems, branding, platform technologies, deployment systems, or communications infrastructure is prohibited.
ODIN operational systems may include future connectivity services, deployment routing, customer intake, support systems, enterprise infrastructure, remote deployment concepts, coverage review, rollout solar systems, and operational communications technologies.
Operational availability, coverage, deployment approval, and service activation remain subject to technical review, provider approval, regional eligibility, operational feasibility, and infrastructure availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate deployment information, maintaining lawful operational usage, reviewing technical compatibility, and complying with local regulations and operational requirements.
Customers remain responsible for approved installation environments, equipment handling, power systems, and operational suitability after deployment approval.
Future billing systems, deployment reviews, subscription concepts, hardware routing, and operational payment systems remain subject to provider approval, operational review, technical verification, and infrastructure availability.
Operational pricing, future subscription structures, service concepts, and deployment systems may change without prior notice as operational systems evolve.
ODIN Aerospace® may review, coordinate, or integrate approved third-party communications systems, distribution systems, payment systems, deployment infrastructure, or operational technologies where applicable and authorized.
Third-party operational systems remain property of their respective owners and remain governed by their own operational policies and service conditions.
ODIN Aerospace®, ODIN Link®, Spyglass Publications, OUDI D2, Assistant D3, and related operational systems are not responsible for interruptions caused by weather, regional limitations, infrastructure issues, third-party systems, hardware failures, power outages, communications disruptions, or operational conditions beyond reasonable control.
ODIN Aerospace®, ODIN Link®, OUDI D2, Assistant D3, and Spyglass Publications reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service as operational systems, communications infrastructure, deployment technologies, and future platform services evolve.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms of Service.
