Original Content
Members are encouraged to upload and share original content they created or legally control. This may include:
- Original photographs
- Original videos
- Original music
- Original artwork
- Original writing
- Original educational content
- Original podcasts
- Original creative works
By uploading content to SPHERE™, each member confirms that they own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to publish and share it.
Copyrighted Content Is Not Allowed Without Permission
Members may not upload, distribute, reproduce, publish, stream, or share copyrighted content without authorization from the copyright owner or rights holder.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Commercial music recordings
- Copyrighted songs
- Music videos
- Television programs
- Movies and motion pictures
- Streaming content
- Audiobooks
- Copyrighted books
- Copyrighted magazines
- Copyrighted newspapers
- Copyrighted photographs
- Copyrighted artwork
- Copyrighted educational materials
- Any other protected intellectual property
Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
Music Policy
SPHERE™ supports musicians, singers, songwriters, bands, composers, producers, music teachers, and independent creators.
Members may upload music only when:
- They created the music themselves
- They own the music
- They have permission to distribute the music
- They are authorized by the artist, label, publisher, or rights holder
Members may not upload commercial recordings or copyrighted music owned by others without proper authorization.
SPHERE™ reserves the right to remove music that violates copyright laws or the rights of artists, labels, publishers, or rights holders.
Celebrity, Public Figure & Creator Accounts
Celebrities, musicians, actors, athletes, authors, educators, public figures, creators, and businesses are welcome on SPHERE™.
Verified members may:
- Use their professional names
- Share news and updates
- Promote their work
- Engage with fans and followers
- Publish original content
- Promote music, films, books, events, tours, businesses, charities, and public projects they are authorized to represent
Impersonation of any individual, celebrity, public figure, business, organization, or creator is strictly prohibited.
SPHERE™ may issue verification badges to authenticate public accounts.
User Responsibility
Each member is solely responsible for the content they upload, publish, share, stream, distribute, or promote on SPHERE™.
By posting content, members confirm that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to share that content.
Copyright Complaints
Copyright owners who believe their intellectual property has been uploaded without authorization may submit a copyright complaint to SPHERE™ for review.
After review, SPHERE™ may take action including:
- Removing the content
- Restricting access to the content
- Suspending the account
- Terminating the account
- Taking additional action when necessary
Repeat Violations
Members who repeatedly violate copyright rules may face:
- Content removal
- Temporary suspension
- Loss of platform privileges
- Permanent account termination
- Permanent exclusion from SPHERE™
